OU. was formed by Simon Savage & Steve McCall who have worked in partnership for almost two decades.
Coming from construction trade backgrounds, they both love to be involved in every aspect of the build process, maximising value to create amazing and sustainable places to work is their passion.
At OU. this is achieved by providing a genuine ‘hands-on’ personalised design and build approach which is the reason why so many of our clients return and trust OU. with their projects, no matter the size or value.
Simon has a vast construction experience of over 25 years and served multiple leadership positions working extensively in the commercial and retail sectors.
Now overseeing our strategic growth, Simon develops new business opportunities whilst maintaining high quality delivery for OU’s long term framework partners, ensuring every client benefits from the team’s unique hands-on approach.
Simon’s success stems from identifying where we can help our clients and offering the right delivery solutions for them.
Having spent over 15 years in D&B managing some of the most technical projects in the UK, Steve is truly passionate about delivering detailed construction projects for our clients. The collaboration of working with clients, consultants, and our highly skilled contracting team is where Steve thrives.

Andrew has been working in the Recruitment industry for the last 25 years and has grown four brands from inception to being the market leaders in their sector and subsequently sold two of these.
Andrew will be assisting Simon with the strategic vision for the business as well as utilising his vast network to help seek out business opportunities for OU.
Andrew’s vision is to grow OU. into one of the leading interior and fit-out specialists in the UK.
Having worked at HOK Architects in London since 2014, Ian has lead projects for high profile clients such as Samsung, P&G, Oracle, KPMG, Eli Lily and Amazon.
Over the last 4 years, Ian has set about crafting his skills with businesses in North Yorkshire, the North West and beyond. His designs for Leeds United Football club have been nominated for the leading industry ‘Mixology Awards’ . He was also the sole UK representative for Steelcase’s inaugural fellowship program in 2016, researching and presenting ways to develop learning within the workplace.
Ian’s approach to the design process is human centred and bespoke to each client, whilst maintaining a philosophy which is honest and thorough.
Ross is a Construction Manager with an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management, with almost 7 years experience within the industry. During this time, he has focused mainly on commercial space fit out projects predominantly in Central London and more recently in Europe. Prior to this Ross was a gas and heating engineer who worked for British Gas for over 14 years, firstly as an engineer and then as an Area Manager based in Central London.
Ross’ approach to all projects is based on methodical planning, attention to detail from the initial scope through to completion and ensuring each site is held to high Health & Safety standards. He builds strong relationship foundations with his clients and contractors to ensure good communication which enables him to deliver on his client’s expectations.
After working within the public sector for many years covering HR, finance and payroll position for the Treasury, Jane decided step away for a few years to raise a family.
Now back at OU. Jane’s main objectives are to support the team’s administration and accounting requirements so they can focus on delivering amazing workspaces.
