Following continued growth TFS needed to relocate its headquarters to provide a larger and more flexible working environment for their staff. Key to the solution was a variety of spaces bringing movement and fluidity into the office environment throughout the day. OU incorporated meeting rooms, private offices, gaming areas and breakout spaces. The main teapoint area was designed to create a social space for their 100 staff, making interaction between separate teams much more frequent.
